SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Id3 (inhibitor of DNA binding 3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Id3 qPCR Primer Set – inhibitor of DNA binding 3
Also known as: Hlh462, Idb3, bHLHb25
About this gene: Id3 enables multiple functions, including bHLH transcription factor binding activity; leptomycin B binding activity; and transcription regulator inhibitor activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including negative regulation of myoblast differentiation; notochord development; and regulation of gene expression. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including cellular response to leptomycin B; negative regulation of osteoblast differentiation; and regulation of gene expression.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 15903; UniProt: P41133; Chromosome location: 4 D3|4 68.34 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
