SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Id2 (inhibitor of DNA binding 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Id2 qPCR Primer Set – inhibitor of DNA binding 2
Also known as: Idb2, bHLHb26
About this gene: Id2 enables RNA polymerase II-specific DNA-binding transcription factor binding activity and transcription regulator inhibitor activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including digestive tract morphogenesis; mammary gland epithelium development; and regulation of gene expression. Acts upstream of with a negative effect on regulation of gene expression; regulation of neural precursor cell proliferation; and regulation of neuron differentiation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 15902; UniProt: P41136; Chromosome location: 12 A1.3|12 8.57 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
