About this gene: Hus1 encodes a component of a cell cycle checkpoint complex that causes cell cycle arrest in response to bulky DNA lesions and DNA replication blockage. Together with the proteins Rad9 and Rad1, the Hus1 protein forms a heterotrimeric complex known as the 9-1-1 complex. Mice lacking the Hus1 protein develop spontaneous chromosomal abnormalities resulting in embryonic lethality.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
