SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Htr1d (5-hydroxytryptamine (serotonin) receptor 1D) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Htr1d qPCR Primer Set – 5-hydroxytryptamine (serotonin) receptor 1D
Also known as: 5-HT-1D, 5-HT1D, Gpcr14, Htr1db
About this gene: Htr1d enables G protein-coupled serotonin receptor activity and serotonin binding activity. It acts upstream of or within response to toxic substance. Predicted to be active in multiple cellular components, including dendrite; glutamatergic synapse; and neuronal dense core vesicle.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 15552; UniProt: Q61224; Chromosome location: 4 D3|4 68.74 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
