SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Htr1b (5-hydroxytryptamine (serotonin) receptor 1B) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Htr1b qPCR Primer Set – 5-hydroxytryptamine (serotonin) receptor 1B
Also known as: 5-HT-1B
About this gene: Htr1b enables G protein-coupled serotonin receptor activity and serotonin binding activity. It is involved in negative regulation of serotonin secretion and phospholipase C-activating serotonin receptor signaling pathway. It acts upstream of or within bone remodeling.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 15551; UniProt: P28334; Chromosome location: 9 E1|9 44.61 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
