SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Htr1a (5-hydroxytryptamine (serotonin) receptor 1A) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Htr1a qPCR Primer Set – 5-hydroxytryptamine (serotonin) receptor 1A
Also known as: Gpcr18
About this gene: Htr1a enables G protein-coupled serotonin receptor activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including behavioral fear response; regulation of serotonin secretion; and serotonin receptor signaling pathway. It acts upstream of or within gamma-aminobutyric acid signaling pathway.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 15550; UniProt: Q64264; Chromosome location: 13 D1|13 56.92 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
