About this gene: Angpt1 encodes a secreted glycoprotein that belongs to the angiopoietin family of vascular growth factors. The Angpt1 protein is a ligand in the vascular tyrosine kinase signaling pathway and regulates the formation and stabilization of blood vessels. The Angpt1 protein also functions in striated muscles by promoting proliferation, migration and differentiation of skeletal myoblasts and plays an essential role in the vascular response to tissue injury.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
