SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Ang (angiogenin, ribonuclease, RNase A family, 5) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Ang qPCR Primer Set – angiogenin, ribonuclease, RNase A family, 5
Also known as: Ang1, Rnase5, Rnase5a
About this gene: Ang belongs to the pancreatic ribonuclease A superfamily and is a potent inducer of neovascularization. The Ang protein is a secreted multifunctional tRNA-specific ribonuclease that promotes angiogenesis in response to angiogenetic stimuli such as hypoxia, mediates stress-induced translational repression by cleaving cellular tRNAs. Ang resides in a cluster of highly related genes.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11727; UniProt: P21570; Chromosome location: 14 C1|14 26.37 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
