SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Hsf1 (heat shock factor 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Hsf1 qPCR Primer Set – heat shock factor 1
Also known as: HSTF, HSTF 1, Hsf1alpha, Hsf1beta
About this gene: Hsf1 enables RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity and chromatin binding activity. It is involved in positive regulation of cold-induced thermogenesis and positive regulation of gene expression. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including embryo development; negative regulation of tumor necrosis factor production; and phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B signal transduction.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 15499; UniProt: P38532; Chromosome location: 15 D3|15 35.95 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
