SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Hsd17b2 (hydroxysteroid (17-beta) dehydrogenase 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Hsd17b2 qPCR Primer Set – hydroxysteroid (17-beta) dehydrogenase 2
About this gene: Hsd17b2 is predicted to enable estradiol 17-beta-dehydrogenase [NAD+] activity and testosterone dehydrogenase activity. It acts upstream of or within in utero embryonic development and placenta development. Predicted to be active in endoplasmic reticulum membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 15486; UniProt: P51658; Chromosome location: 8 E1|8 64.82 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
