SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Hrh3 (histamine receptor H3, also called H3R) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Hrh3 qPCR Primer Set – histamine receptor H3
Also known as: Eae8, H3R, HH3R
About this gene: Hrh3 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including amine binding activity; histamine receptor activity; and neurotransmitter receptor activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including learning or memory; regulation of secretion; and synaptic signaling. Predicted to be active in dendrite; plasma membrane; and synapse.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 99296; UniProt: P58406; Chromosome location: 2 H4|2 102.62 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
