SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Hrg (histidine-rich glycoprotein, also called HPRG) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Hrg qPCR Primer Set – histidine-rich glycoprotein
Also known as: D16jh2, D18020, Hprg, Hrgp
About this gene: Hrg enables serine-type endopeptidase inhibitor activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including negative regulation of blood vessel endothelial cell migration; positive regulation of blood vessel remodeling; and positive regulation of immune response to tumor cell. It acts upstream of or within negative regulation of fibrinolysis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 94175; UniProt: Q9ESB3; Chromosome location: 16 B1|16 13.79 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
