SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Homer1 (homer scaffolding protein 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Homer1 qPCR Primer Set – homer scaffolding protein 1
Also known as: PSD-Zip45, SYN47, Ves-1, homer-1, vesl-1
About this gene: Homer1 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including scaffold protein binding activity; transmembrane transporter binding activity; and type 5 metabotropic glutamate receptor binding activity. Predicted to be a structural constituent of postsynapse. It is involved in regulation of calcium ion import and regulation of store-operated calcium entry.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 26556; UniProt: Q9Z2Y3; Chromosome location: 13 C3|13 47.83 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
