Mouse H3c2 qPCR Primer Set – H3 clustered histone 2
Also known as: Hist1H3B, H3-53, H3c13, H3c14, H3c15, H3c3, H3c4, H3c6, H3c7, Hist1h3b
About this gene: Histones are basic nuclear proteins that are responsible for the nucleosome structure of the chromosomal fiber in eukaryotes. This structure consists of approximately 146 bp of DNA wrapped around a nucleosome, an octamer composed of pairs of each of the four core histones. The chromatin fiber is further compacted through the interaction of a linker histone, H1, with the DNA between the nucleosomes to form higher order chromatin structures.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 319150; UniProt: P84228; Chromosome location: 13 A3.1|13 9.91 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
