SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Amn (amnionless) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Amn qPCR Primer Set – amnionless
About this gene: Amn encodes a type I transmembrane protein. The Amn protein is an essential component of the cubulin receptor complex which is believed to play a role in coordinating growth and patterning of the embryo. The Amn protein is believed to modulate a bone morphogenetic protein signaling pathway.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 93835; UniProt: Q99JB7; Chromosome location: 12 F1|12 60.94 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
