SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Hira (histone cell cycle regulator) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Hira qPCR Primer Set – histone cell cycle regulator
Also known as: D16Ertd95e, Gm15797, Tuple1
About this gene: Hira is predicted to enable RNA polymerase II-specific DNA-binding transcription factor binding activity and histone binding activity. Predicted to contribute to nucleosome binding activity. It acts upstream of or within gastrulation; muscle cell differentiation; and osteoblast differentiation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 15260; UniProt: Q61666; Chromosome location: 16 A3|16 11.69 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
