SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Hibch (3-hydroxyisobutyryl-Coenzyme A hydrolase, also called HIBYL-CoA-H) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Hibch qPCR Primer Set – 3-hydroxyisobutyryl-Coenzyme A hydrolase
Also known as: 2610509I15Rik, HIBYL-COA-H
About this gene: Hibch is predicted to enable 3-hydroxyisobutyryl-CoA hydrolase activity. It is predicted to be involved in L-valine catabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 227095; UniProt: Q8QZS1; Chromosome location: 1 C1.1|1 26.99 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
