SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Amh (anti-Mullerian hormone, also called MIS) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Amh qPCR Primer Set – anti-Mullerian hormone
Also known as: MIS
About this gene: Amh encodes a secreted ligand of the TGF-beta superfamily of proteins. Ligands of this family bind various TGF-beta receptors leading to recruitment and activation of SMAD family transcription factors that regulate gene expression. The encoded preproprotein is proteolytically processed to generate N- and C-terminal cleavage products that homodimerize and associate to form a biologically active noncovalent complex.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11705; UniProt: P27106; Chromosome location: 10 C1|10 39.72 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
