SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Hexa (hexosaminidase A) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Hexa qPCR Primer Set – hexosaminidase A
Also known as: Hex-1
About this gene: Hexa belongs to the glycosyl hydrolase 20 family of proteins. The encoded preproprotein is proteolytically processed to generate the alpha subunit of the lysosomal enzyme beta-hexosaminidase. This enzyme, together with the cofactor GM2 activator protein, catalyzes the degradation of the ganglioside GM2, and other molecules containing terminal N-acetyl hexosamines.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 15211; UniProt: P29416; Chromosome location: 9 B|9 32.02 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
