About this gene: Hesx1 enables multiple functions, including DNA-binding transcription repressor activity, RNA polymerase II-specific; RNA polymerase II cis-regulatory region sequence-specific DNA binding activity; and protein homodimerization activity. It is involved in negative regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Acts upstream of or within with a negative effect on canonical Wnt signaling pathway. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including ERK1 and ERK2 cascade; cell surface receptor signaling pathway; and endocrine system development.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
