SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Amfr (autocrine motility factor receptor) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Amfr qPCR Primer Set – autocrine motility factor receptor
Also known as: gp78
About this gene: Amfr is predicted to enable multiple functions, including BAT3 complex binding activity; ubiquitin-specific protease binding activity; and ubiquitin-ubiquitin ligase activity. It is involved in negative regulation of canonical Wnt signaling pathway and regulation of SREBP signaling pathway. Predicted to be active in endoplasmic reticulum.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 23802; UniProt: Q9R049; Chromosome location: 8 C5|8 45.96 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
