About this gene: Hdac5 enables multiple functions, including DNA-binding transcription repressor activity, RNA polymerase II-specific; transcription corepressor activity; and transcription corepressor binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including cellular response to fluid shear stress; positive regulation of cell population proliferation; and regulation of myotube differentiation. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including negative regulation of osteoblast differentiation; osteoblast development; and regulation of gene expression.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
