SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Hcst (hematopoietic cell signal transducer) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Hcst qPCR Primer Set – hematopoietic cell signal transducer
Also known as: DAP10, KAP10
About this gene: Hcst is predicted to enable phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase binding activity; protein-macromolecule adaptor activity; and signaling receptor binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in positive regulation of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B signal transduction and protein phosphorylation. It is predicted to act upstream of or within natural killer cell mediated cytotoxicity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 23900; UniProt: Q9QUJ0; Chromosome location: 7 B1|7 17.45 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
