SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Alppl2 (alkaline phosphatase, placental-like 2, also called EAP) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Alppl2 qPCR Primer Set – alkaline phosphatase, placental-like 2
Also known as: Akp5, Alpg, D1Ertd816e, EAP
About this gene: Alppl2 is predicted to enable alkaline phosphatase activity. Predicted to be active in plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11650; UniProt: P24823; Chromosome location: 1 C5|1 44.05 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
