SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Gyg1 (glycogenin 1, also called GN1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Gyg1 qPCR Primer Set – glycogenin 1
Also known as: GN1, Gyg
About this gene: Gyg1 enables glycogenin glucosyltransferase activity. It is involved in glycogen biosynthetic process. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 27357; UniProt: Q9R062; Chromosome location: 3 A2|3 6.19 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
