SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Mtg2 (mitochondrial ribosome associated GTPase 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Mtg2 qPCR Primer Set – mitochondrial ribosome associated GTPase 2
Also known as: 1810011P19Rik, 2900056P18Rik, D2Bwg0647e, Gtpbp5
About this gene: Mtg2 is predicted to enable GTP binding activity and GTPase activity. It is predicted to be involved in mitochondrial large ribosomal subunit assembly; regulation of mitochondrial translation; and regulation of respiratory system process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 52856; Chromosome location: 2 H4|2 102.59 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
