SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Alpi (alkaline phosphatase, intestinal) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Alpi qPCR Primer Set – alkaline phosphatase, intestinal
Also known as: 2010001C14Rik, Akp6, gIAP
About this gene: Alpi is predicted to enable multiple functions, including alkaline phosphatase activity; metal ion binding activity; and protein homodimerization activity. It acts upstream of or within cellular response to BMP stimulus. Predicted to be active in extracellular region and plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 76768; Chromosome location: 1 C5|1 44.05 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
