SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Gtf3c4 (general transcription factor IIIC, polypeptide 4, also called TFIIIC90) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Gtf3c4 qPCR Primer Set – general transcription factor IIIC, polypeptide 4
Also known as: 5330400C03, KAT12, TFIIIC90
About this gene: Gtf3c4 is predicted to enable histone H3K14 acetyltransferase activity. It is predicted to be involved in transcription initiation at RNA polymerase III promoter.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 269252; UniProt: Q8BMQ2; Chromosome location: 2 A3|2 19.38 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
