SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Gtf2e2 (general transcription factor II E, polypeptide 2 (beta subunit), also called TFIIE-beta) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Gtf2e2 qPCR Primer Set – general transcription factor II E, polypeptide 2 (beta subunit)
Also known as: 34kDa, C330006J08Rik
About this gene: Gtf2e2 is predicted to enable RNA polymerase II general transcription initiation factor activity. Predicted to contribute to TFIIH-class transcription factor complex binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in RNA polymerase II preinitiation complex assembly.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 68153; UniProt: Q9D902; Chromosome location: 8 A4|8 20.79 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
