SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Gsto1 (glutathione S-transferase omega 1, also called p28) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Gsto1 qPCR Primer Set – glutathione S-transferase omega 1
Also known as: Gsto-1, Gstx, Spg-r, p28
About this gene: Gsto1 belongs to the omega class of glutathione S-transferase proteins. GSTs are involved in the metabolism of xenobiotics and carcinogens. There is evidence that the Gsto1 protein is involved in the biotransformation of arsenic.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 14873; UniProt: O09131; Chromosome location: 19 D1|19 40.41 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
