SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Gsta2 (glutathione S-transferase, alpha 2 (Yc2)) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Gsta2 qPCR Primer Set – glutathione S-transferase, alpha 2 (Yc2)
Also known as: Gst2-2, Gstc-2, Gstc2
About this gene: Gsta2 enables glutathione transferase activity. It is involved in response to stilbenoid. It acts upstream of or within response to bacterium.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 14858; UniProt: P10648; Chromosome location: 9 E1|9 43.65 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
