SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Gsn (gelsolin, also called ADF) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Gsn qPCR Primer Set – gelsolin
Also known as: ADF
About this gene: Gsn enables phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase catalytic subunit binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including actin filament capping; actin polymerization or depolymerization; and positive regulation of protein processing in phagocytic vesicle. It acts upstream of or within cellular response to type II interferon and vesicle-mediated transport.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 227753; UniProt: P13020; Chromosome location: 2 B|2 23.5 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
