SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Grm7 (glutamate receptor, metabotropic 7, also called mGluR7) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Grm7 qPCR Primer Set – glutamate receptor, metabotropic 7
Also known as: 6330570A01Rik, C030018L03, E130018M02Rik, Gpr1g, Gprc1g, SMN2, Tg(SMN2)89Ahmb, mGluR7
About this gene: Grm7 enables calcium channel regulator activity and voltage-gated calcium channel activity. It is involved in chemical synaptic transmission and presynaptic modulation of chemical synaptic transmission. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including behavioral fear response; learning or memory; and transmission of nerve impulse.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 108073; UniProt: Q68ED2; Chromosome location: 6 E3|6 51.19 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
