SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Grm6 (glutamate receptor, metabotropic 6, also called mGluR6) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Grm6 qPCR Primer Set – glutamate receptor, metabotropic 6
Also known as: Gm3, Gprc1f, mGluR6, nerg1, nob2, nob3, nob4
About this gene: Grm6 is predicted to enable adenylate cyclase inhibiting G protein-coupled glutamate receptor activity and protein homodimerization activity. It is involved in locomotory behavior and sensory perception of light stimulus. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including retina development in camera-type eye; signal transduction; and synapse assembly.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 108072; UniProt: Q5NCH9; Chromosome location: 11 B1.3|11 30.93 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
