About this gene: Grm1 enables G protein-coupled neurotransmitter receptor activity and G protein-coupled receptor activity involved in regulation of postsynaptic membrane potential. It is involved in multiple processes, including positive regulation of MAPK cascade; regulation of sensory perception of pain; and synaptic signaling via neuropeptide. It acts upstream of or within L-glutamate import across plasma membrane and cellular response to electrical stimulus.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
