SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Grb14 (growth factor receptor bound protein 14) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Grb14 qPCR Primer Set – growth factor receptor bound protein 14
About this gene: Grb14 enables protein-macromolecule adaptor activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including insulin receptor signaling pathway; negative regulation of insulin receptor signaling pathway; and negative regulation of meiotic cell cycle process involved in oocyte maturation. It is predicted to act upstream of or within signal transduction.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 50915; UniProt: Q9JLM9; Chromosome location: 2 C1.3|2 38.35 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
