SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Gpr4 (G protein-coupled receptor 4, also called mmGPR4) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Gpr4 qPCR Primer Set – G protein-coupled receptor 4
Also known as: mmGPR4
About this gene: Gpr4 enables G protein-coupled receptor activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including adenylate cyclase-activating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway; cellular response to acidic pH; and regulation of vascular permeability. Predicted to be active in plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 319197; UniProt: Q8BUD0; Chromosome location: 7 A3|7 9.46 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
