SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Gpr39 (G protein-coupled receptor 39) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Gpr39 qPCR Primer Set – G protein-coupled receptor 39
Also known as: 4933415E13Rik
About this gene: Gpr39 enables G protein-coupled receptor activity. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including adult feeding behavior; cellular response to zinc ion; and regulation of secretion. Is active in plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 71111; Chromosome location: 1 E3|1 54.7 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
