SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Gpr37 (G protein-coupled receptor 37) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Gpr37 qPCR Primer Set – G protein-coupled receptor 37
Also known as: Pael-R
About this gene: Gpr37 enables PDZ domain binding activity. It is involved in cellular response to reactive oxygen species; dendrite development; and positive regulation of MAPK cascade. It acts upstream of or within dopamine biosynthetic process; locomotion involved in locomotory behavior; and positive regulation of dopamine metabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 14763; UniProt: Q9QY42; Chromosome location: 6 A3.1|6 11.65 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
