SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Gpr3 (G-protein coupled receptor 3, also called GPCR21) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Gpr3 qPCR Primer Set – G-protein coupled receptor 3
Also known as: Gpcr20, Gpcr21, Gpcr3
About this gene: Gpr3 is predicted to enable sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor activity. It is involved in positive regulation of cold-induced thermogenesis. It acts upstream of or within regulation of meiotic nuclear division.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 14748; UniProt: P35413; Chromosome location: 4 D2.3|4 66.24 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
