SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Gpr21 (G protein-coupled receptor 21) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Gpr21 qPCR Primer Set – G protein-coupled receptor 21
Also known as: C230004C13Rik
About this gene: Gpr21 is predicted to enable G protein-coupled receptor activity. It acts upstream of or within glucose homeostasis; negative regulation of insulin receptor signaling pathway; and regulation of growth. Predicted to be active in plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 338346; UniProt: Q8BX79; Chromosome location: 2 B|2 24.19 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
