SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Gpr15 (G protein-coupled receptor 15) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Gpr15 qPCR Primer Set – G protein-coupled receptor 15
Also known as: 4933439K08Rik
About this gene: Gpr15 enables G protein-coupled receptor activity. It acts upstream of or within T cell migration. Predicted to be active in plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 71223; UniProt: Q0VDU3; Chromosome location: 16 C1.2|16 34.83 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
