SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Gpr12 (G-protein coupled receptor 12, also called GPCR01) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Gpr12 qPCR Primer Set – G-protein coupled receptor 12
Also known as: Gpcr01, Gpcr12, Gpcr20, Gpcr21
About this gene: Gpr12 enables phosphatidylcholine binding activity. It acts upstream of or within G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway and intracellular calcium ion homeostasis. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm and plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 14738; UniProt: P35412; Chromosome location: 5 G3|5 85.23 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
