SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Gpnmb (glycoprotein (transmembrane) nmb, also called DC-HIL) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Gpnmb qPCR Primer Set – glycoprotein (transmembrane) nmb
Also known as: DC-HIL, Dchil, ipd
About this gene: Gpnmb enables heparin binding activity and integrin binding activity. It is involved in negative regulation of tumor necrosis factor production; positive regulation of ERK1 and ERK2 cascade; and regulation of tissue remodeling. It acts upstream of or within cell adhesion.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 93695; UniProt: Q99P91; Chromosome location: 6 B2.3|6 23.82 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
