SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Gp9 (glycoprotein 9 platelet, also called GPIX) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Gp9 qPCR Primer Set – glycoprotein 9 platelet
Also known as: Cd42, GPIX
About this gene: It is involved in blood coagulation and megakaryocyte development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 54368; UniProt: O88186; Chromosome location: 6 D1|6 39.13 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
