SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Aldoa (aldolase A, fructose-bisphosphate) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Aldoa qPCR Primer Set – aldolase A, fructose-bisphosphate
Also known as: Aldo-1, Aldo1
About this gene: Aldoa enables fructose-bisphosphate aldolase activity and protease binding activity. It is involved in canonical glycolysis; cellular response to glucose starvation; and positive regulation of cell migration. Is active in cytosol.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11674; UniProt: P05064; Chromosome location: 7 F3|7 69.25 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
