SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Aldh9a1 (aldehyde dehydrogenase 9, subfamily A1, also called TMABADH) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Aldh9a1 qPCR Primer Set – aldehyde dehydrogenase 9, subfamily A1
Also known as: Abaldh, ESTM40, TMABA-DH, Tmabadh
About this gene: Aldh9a1 enables 4-trimethylammoniobutyraldehyde dehydrogenase activity. It is involved in carnitine biosynthetic process. It acts upstream of or within carnitine metabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56752; UniProt: Q9JLJ2; Chromosome location: 1 H2.3|1 74.74 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
