SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Abcb9 (ATP-binding cassette, sub-family B member 9, also called TAPL) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Abcb9 qPCR Primer Set – ATP-binding cassette, sub-family B member 9
Also known as: TAPL, mKIAA1520
About this gene: The membrane-associated protein encoded by Abcb9 belongs to the superfamily of ATP-binding cassette transporters. ABC proteins transport various molecules across extra- and intra-cellular membranes. ABC genes are divided into seven distinct subfamilies.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56325; UniProt: Q9JJ59; Chromosome location: 5 F|5 63.36 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
