SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Gna12 (guanine nucleotide binding protein, alpha 12) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Gna12 qPCR Primer Set – guanine nucleotide binding protein, alpha 12
Also known as: Galpha12
About this gene: Gna12 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including D5 dopamine receptor binding activity; G protein activity; and G-protein beta/gamma-subunit complex binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including regulation of TOR signaling; regulation of fibroblast migration; and regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including Rho protein signal transduction; embryonic digit morphogenesis; and regulation of cell shape.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 14673; UniProt: P27600; Chromosome location: 5 G2|5 79.3 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
