SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Glyat (glycine-N-acyltransferase, also called AAc) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Glyat qPCR Primer Set – glycine-N-acyltransferase
Also known as: A330009E03Rik, ACGNAT, CAT, GAT
About this gene: Glyat is predicted to enable glycine N-acyltransferase activity and glycine N-benzoyltransferase activity. It is predicted to be involved in benzoyl-CoA metabolic process; glycine metabolic process; and monocarboxylic acid metabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 107146; UniProt: Q91XE0; Chromosome location: 19 A|19 8.73 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
